Zoltan Kochan af96d9fd0e fix: always use pnpm (not @pnpm/exe) for bootstrap and update lockfile ... The bootstrap only needs regular pnpm to install the target package. @pnpm/exe requires install scripts which we skip with --ignore-scripts.
